State FFA Convention (continued from page 1) support from local groups and organizations to help prepare for this large influx of people. Tours are currently being planned to highlight a variety of attractions throughout St. Lawrence County. The planning and details that must go into coordinating such an event are enormous. Your support is being sought to help defray the costs of meals, entertainment, and tours for these young leaders. The Canton FFA would be extremely grateful for any contribution you could make that will help our chapter host what promises to be the most memorable convention in the 83 years of New York State FFA history! The Canton FFA would like to thank everyone who contributed to and/or attended the 1st Annual Indoor Garage Sale/Craft Show/Silent Auction/Kids’ Corner Day. The event was a huge success! Over 400 people visited us at the McKenney Middle School on Saturday, February 16th for this event as a part of WinterFest.
