3.2.1 Duties of the President of the Board of Education

The President's duties include the following:
  1. Presides at all meetings of the Board;
  2. Calls special meetings as necessary or on request;
  3. Appoints members to all committees of the Board;
  4. Serves ex-officio as a member of all committees;
  5. Executes documents on behalf of the Board;
  6. Performs the usual and ordinary duties of the office.
